Account Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining strategic relationships with potential customers, matching customer needs with products from our line of manufacturers and devising strategies to expand sales within their assigned territory. Account Managers are analytical thinkers and creative problem solvers that combine their 3-5 years of real world experience with their deft interpersonal skills to lead both customer and manufacturer to new levels of innovation.

Technical Sales Representative

The Technical Sales Representative is a starting point for recent college graduates with a degree in engineering. The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for working with our customer base to match their needs with the products and services offered by our line of manufacturers and continually working to develop customers into strategic accounts. Duties of the Technical Sales Representative also include giving technical presentations, maintaining customer relationships and forecasting product demand with their territory.

Distributor Sales Manager

Distribution Sales Managers oversee the channel between distributors and the manufacturers represented by Victory Sales. The Distribution Sales Representative is responsible for developing strategies for expanding sales, forecasting product demand, and educating both sides of the channel to encourage long-term and profitable relationships.

Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager is the backbone of support for the Victory Sales regional team. Essential duties and responsibilities include maintaining our supplier opportunity database, tracking and forecasting sales performance and working with Account Managers and Technical Sales Representatives to coordinate sales opportunities and follow-ups. Regional Operations Managers have outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Inside Sales Representative

The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to support the efforts of the regional sales team by managing the order fulfillment process, maintaining and processing customer quotes, and acting as a liaison between our manufacturers and our customer base. Inside Sales Representatives are also called upon to participate in everything from basic administrative functions to special customer-specific tasks.
